Its true, after 20 years of hard work Carole Thompson the owner of Arrow Cycles has sold the shop to Paul Hutson, her long standing employee. Carole decided it was time to step back and enjoy time with her family and her new little house in Spain,

facing the fact that she's maybe going to be busier now than she ever was when at work, she is looking forward to her retirement. 

Still living in North Hykeham Carole hopes  to see more of her 5 grandchildren and family that are scattered all over the world, from her Daughter in Darby to Son's in Bath and Brother-in-law in New York.

If anyone deserves a happy retirement its Carole, i wish her all the happiness in her retirement.
